Is there a free trial?

Every plan starts with a 14-day full-feature trial, no credit card required.
Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades take effect next cycle; changes are prorated automatically.
What is your refund policy?

Cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the billing period. Annual plans can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
How does billing work?

Pay monthly, or annually for 20% off — the card prices show the monthly equivalent, and the note beneath shows the amount actually charged. Cards are accepted on every self-serve plan; Business, Enterprise and Custom can pay by invoice or PO.
How long are emails retained?

Free keeps messages 3 days, Starter 7, Pro 30 and Business 90. Business and above configure custom retention, including instant purge for compliance.
How many inboxes do I get?

Unlimited on every paid plan. A fresh inbox per test run is the only way to keep parallel CI from reading its own tail, so we do not charge you for the thing that makes the product work. Free is capped at 25 concurrent inboxes to bound abuse; you can create and destroy them freely within that.
When should I talk to sales instead?

If you need SCIM provisioning, a specific data region, a signed DPA, a security review, invoice or PO billing, or retention beyond 90 days. Everything below that is self-serve — no call required.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no lock-in contracts — cancel in one click and access continues to the end of your current period. Enterprise and Custom follow their contract terms.
