These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MailHulk. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
- By accessing the website, dashboard, or API, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under them.
- You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
- Use MailHulk only for lawful purposes, including testing and automating email for systems you own or are authorized to test.
- Do not use the service to send spam, harvest data unlawfully, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these rules or threaten the stability or security of the service.
4. Subscriptions & billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the next cycle, with prorated adjustments.
- Every plan begins with a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period.
- Annual plans may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Fees are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Service availability
- We aim for high availability and publish uptime commitments (99.95% SLA on the Business plan). The service is otherwise provided on an "as available" basis.
- We may perform maintenance and will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.
6. Data & privacy
- Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle account and email data.
- You retain ownership of the email content captured in your inboxes.
7. Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailHulk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
- You may cancel at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
- On termination, your inboxes and captured messages are deleted according to our retention and deletion practices.
9. Changes to these terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
